Family structures and employment conditions have evolved. The traditional approach where a family member (usually a woman) managed household responsibilities no longer applies. In most families, there is nobody home to care for children or aging relatives. Men and women employee-caregivers find work and care conflict to result in an even lower quality of life and care. This cycle is exaggerated for people of color and underserved communities.

We are currently stuck in the Second Wave of Care. CareWise Solutions Inc. prioritizes providing the vision and associated solutions for a Third Wave evolution. We believe that addressing the employment caregiving crisis as separate from but intersecting with the Healthcare crisis is paramount.
