American society sees the need to care for the aging family as a personal problem,
much like caring for children.
But it’s not.
These untrained family caregivers are overworked enough that their productivity at work suffers. They take time off to take care of family responsibilities. Companies lose an estimated $6,000 per employee annually, which can’t go on forever.
Right now, this is about 1 in 3 American workers,
but over the next ten years, it will be 7 in 10.
So, CareWise™ is taking action.
In addition to our packaged resource materials, seminars, and consulting, we are now developing a new Companion app for smartphones for families. We can keep people on the job, with less stress and more productivity. And make sure their loved ones receive care.
