As a mother of two daughters with special needs, she has personally experienced some of the employment, financial and other impacts of juggling her multiple responsibilities. Jeannette understands the personal effects of mixing employment with caregiving responsibilities. Her Employee-Caregiving overload led to her walking out the door and never returning to her influential corporate position.
